Instructor-led classroom training can be delivered on site at your location, and one of our instructors will travel to your designated corporate location. Or, another option is to send employees to our training facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. We conduct our training sessions either at the Halifax River Yacht Club, which is the oldest private yacht club on the Eastern seaboard, or the Hilton Oceanfront Resort on Daytona Beach.

We are often asked this question, and the answer always is, “It depends.” Largely because of differences in course content, number of days, how far an instructor has to travel to deliver a program, and the kinds of materials we utilize in a particular program. As a general guideline, the current market rate for leadership training programs ranges from $399-$3000+ per person. Yes, there are public seminars offered for just $299, but the old saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” Often, the facilitators of these seminar programs are more interested in selling books and other materials vs. really delivering quality adult education. On the higher-end of public training programs, you can expect to pay between $1495-$2495 for a two or a three-day training class. Also, many programs are only offered in major cities and may only be offered a few times per year.
Yes! We can travel to your location to facilitate training for your team. If preferred, we also offer classroom programs at our Daytona Beach facility or at third-party venues arranged by the employer.
