Instructor-Led Classroom Programs

Instructor-led classroom training can be delivered on site at your location, and one of our instructors will travel to your designated corporate location. Or, another option is to send employees to our training facility in Daytona Beach, Florida. We conduct our training sessions either at the Halifax River Yacht Club, which is the oldest private yacht club on the Eastern seaboard, or the Hilton Oceanfront Resort on Daytona Beach.

Training program costs vary based on content, duration, delivery format, and materials. As a guideline, leadership and HR programs range from some of our on-demand programs that start at $595 per person to our three-day interactive workshops at $2,495 per person. If you are looking for a training program for a management team, an HR or Employee Relations team, we price our programs based on a number of factors including program content, method of delivery, location of the venue if a program requires our instructor to travel to your designated site, and the amount of customization of program content that will be required. Our programs prioritize high-quality, hands-on learning, with instructors who have career experience, credentials, and expertise as quality training facilitators.

Yes! We offer on-site training tailored to your organization’s needs, as well as virtual and on-demand options. Our instructors can come to your designated site and work directly with your team to deliver practical, engaging programs that address your specific HR, leadership, and compliance challenges. Please note for programs that require an instructor to travel to your site, the cost for airfare, hotel, car rental/ground transportation, and the instructor's per diem for meals are additional cost unless a training project has specifically been quoted with instructor travel and incidental expenses included.
