Engage in Hands-On Training

Attend the training program where your team will engage in hands-on learning. This includes practical skills development, mock investigations, and real-world scenarios to help manage employee relations and conduct HR internal investigations effectively.

Get Certified & Materials

Upon completing the training, each participant will receive a Certificate of Training, training workbooks, handouts, and a signed copy of How to Conduct Internal Investigations: A Practical Guide for HR Professionals, written by Natalie Ivey (President and CEO of RPCHR), ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to minimize organizational risks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Our programs can be submitted for either professional development (PDC) credit through SHRM or recertification credits through HRCI. The amount of credits varies as some programs are 1.5 hour webinar programs and qualify for 1.5 continuing education hours and others are either 6, 12 or 18 credit hour programs.

Participants will learn how to conduct thorough, legally sound investigations, including interview techniques, evidence collection, documentation, and reporting to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes.
